Homecoming 2026: the hog roast is back, October 17

One $10 ticket covers doughnuts and coffee, the hog roast, drink tickets at Party in the Park, a house tour, and the bar crawl. Here is the full run of show and how to register.

Last year’s full hog roast tailgate was a blast, so we are doing it again. Saturday, October 17, 2026 in Warrensburg — a full day that starts with a parade watch party and ends with a bar crawl.

Register on Zeffy for the $10 hog roast ticket, or grab the free registration if you are coming but not eating. Either way, register — that is how we know how much hog to order.

The day

Time What
9:00 AM Parade watch party at 500 S. Holden, right next to Selmo Park near the Friendship Tower, amphitheatre, and football field
10:00 AM The hog roast, at Party in the Park
1:00 PM Wrestling showcase and football game — tickets on your own
All afternoon House tours
4:00 PM Bar crawl, starting with food. Locations and times TBD

What the $10 covers

  • Doughnuts and coffee in the morning
  • Food at the hog roast
  • Drink tickets for Party in the Park
  • A tour of the house
  • An invitation to the bar crawl

That is the whole day for ten dollars. And if you have given to the Alumni Club’s Annual Membership Campaign, a discount code covering the ticket gets emailed to you — your membership pays for your Homecoming.

Practical notes

All alcohol is 21-and-over only and served by third-party retailers who will be checking IDs. Game tickets are sold separately through UCM Athletics. Bring your family; kids are welcome.

And if you have old composites, paddles, or photos sitting in a closet, bring those too. We are trying to rebuild the chapter’s visual history and Homecoming is the best day of the year to do it.

Everyone is invited

Alumni and undergraduate brothers, Lil Sisters, and Sweethearts — every registration gets us closer to the whole point of this thing, which is having all of you in the same place at the same time.

Can’t make it? The Meat Box Raffle helps cover the cost of the hog roast, and you might end up with a freezer full of Alewel’s barbecue out of the deal.
